Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our clients’ healthcare team in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers. As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver comprehensive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies and protocols.
• Continuously assess and improve nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by achieving a minimum score of 7.0 in each component of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or a minimum score of 65 in each section of the Pearson Test of English (PTE).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
