Candidates must:

• At least 2 years of culinary experience, with a strong background in various international cuisines.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating their culinary range and expertise in international dishes
• Provide relevant documentation, including culinary certifications, reference letters, a valid passport, and if necessary, police clearances.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing a wide array of international dishes, ensuring each dish meets the high standards of taste, presentation, and creativity expected by our clientele.
• Efficiently managing kitchen operations, including stock control, supply orders, and equipment maintenance, to ensure a seamless kitchen workflow.
• Educating and leading kitchen staff in the preparation of international cuisines, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.
• Keeping abreast of global culinary trends and incorporating innovative cooking techniques and flavors into the menu.
• Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to comply with regulations.
• Working in collaboration with the management team to develop menus for various seasons and special occasions.
• Engaging with customers to receive feedback and accommodate dietary preferences, ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A solid 5-year background as a Cook, with a specialization in international cuisines, preferably in a renowned restaurant or hotel.
• A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts from a reputable institution.
• A track record of creativity and proficiency in the execution of international dishes.
• Leadership capabilities with experience in kitchen staff management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to thrive under pressure
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
